The 2012 campaign is in full swing!. We have races for the Senate, the House of Representatives, and of course, for President of the United States. The contest on the Republican side has shown how truly out of touch the GOP is. Even Republican voters are unsatisfied with their choices as poll after poll has shown that most Republican voters wish someone else was running. Think about the candidates they have put forward, and ask yourself, "Is this really the best they have to offer our country?"

The country is finally pulling out of the economic crisis caused by eight years of Bush/Cheney policies. Unnecessary wars, financial deregulation, tax cuts for the rich -- yes, Fox News, we can blame it on Bush! The last thing this country needs is someone who will return us to the fiscal policies of George Bush; someone who would have let the auto industry fail; someone who wants more tax cuts for the rich. We do not need the poster boy for the 1%; a man who made (not earned) $21 million and paid 14% income tax. We do not need Willard Mitt Romney.

We must continue on the path to recovery. We must re-elect President Barack Obama. And we must elect a Congress that will work alongside President Obama for the good of all the people. Volunteer, contribute, and most of all vote for Democrats for Senate and for the House of Representatives.
