Hawaii Democratic Party - District 40

State House District 40 encompasses the West Oahu neighborhoods of Kapolei, Makakilo, Kalaeloa, and Royal Kunia. We are in State Senate District 19, and U.S. Congressional District 2. Six precincts comprise the district.
